I oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and infrastructure, ensuring stable and secure connectivity across office environments. My work includes managing switches, routers, firewalls, structured cabling, and Wi‑Fi systems.

End‑user equipment (workstations, printers, etc.)

I manage the full lifecycle of end‑user hardware, from procurement and configuration to ongoing support and maintenance. My responsibilities cover workstations, laptops, peripherals, printers, and other office devices, ensuring users have reliable, well‑configured tools for daily operations

Stakeholder & vendor management

I coordinate communication and expectations between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of IT services and projects. My work includes managing requirements, aligning priorities, overseeing vendor performance, and maintaining strong relationships that support reliable, high‑quality outcomes.

Audio/video systems

I coordinate the design, installation, and support of audio‑video solutions for conference rooms and collaborative spaces. This includes video conferencing systems, displays, sound equipment, control panels, and integration with communication platforms to deliver seamless meeting experiences.

Office fit‑outs and relocations

I lead the IT scope of office fit‑outs and relocations, coordinating infrastructure design, vendor work, equipment deployment, and go‑live readiness. This includes planning network layouts, overseeing cabling and hardware installation, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
